Welcome
Hello I am Arnav Gupta an avid policy debater, golfer, freshman and creator of Kansas Opinions. I created this website during a long snowy Kansas winter in 2020 when school, golf and debate were at a standstill. This idea struck home with me because even as I have been fortunate enough to travel across the world. To much more reputable and sought out places, my travels have only further instilled an ever growing pride in my home state. This is a first of its kind platform for Kansans to share their experiences, views, poetry and more. Over the last years topics have varied from topics like social activism and gender equality. An ode to my late grandmother and my science teacher. My moms journey to becoming one of the first vaccinated Kansans. To more light hearted and informative topics such as how KC became the proud Jazz capital of the world and my brother learning a life lesson. Sadly for some time I failed to post and as such I did not realize that my website was made with a school email address that is no longer functional. As a result much invaluable content was lost, blog on that coming soon. I was able to retrieve some content from archives like the Wayback Machine which I will repost in the near future.
